- Develop commercial strategies and lead on contractual negotiations.
- Proactive management of multiple contracts and short and long-term contracting relationships with clients and vendors.
- Maintaining a database of contracts within the company that will inform the business as to the key milestones for each of those contracts such as expiry, compliance, uplifts and key clauses.
- Reporting key contractual information on a monthly basis to the Management.
- Analysis, evaluation and processing of variations to existing contracts.
- Resolution of disputes with contract partners.
- Negotiation of existing and new contracts.
- Take responsibility for projects commercial performance.
