Commercial Sales Manager

Working: Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm
Job Summary:
Artha Realty LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial real estate division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial property sales, strong leadership capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a team of commercial agents, and developing strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial sales division, managing a team of agents and overseeing day-to-day sales operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence in commercial real estate.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients including corporate tenants, investors, landlords, and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent lead generation through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance management to the commercial sales team.
- Oversee the entire sales process from listing to deal closure, ensuring legal and company compliance.
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on current trends, property values, and competitor activity in the UAE commercial real estate sector.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to the senior management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns tailored to commercial clients and listings.
- Represent Artha Realty LLC at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s commercial property market, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (RERA certification preferred).
- UAE driving license and car.
