Our communications team is seeking a Community & Content Manager who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on digital execution. You will manage content calendars, lead daily audience engagement, and ensure our messages reach the right people at the right time. This position is perfect for someone who understands how to grow online communities and can create a consistent presence across multiple brands.
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Community & Content Manager to manage publishing, audience engagement, and content flow across multiple brands and platforms. This role involves developing and executing content strategies that enhance visibility, foster engagement, and align with the group’s marketing and communications objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong digital expertise with an understanding of broader brand-building activities, including events, campaigns, and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-platform content calendars, ensuring timely publishing of approved content.
- Engage with online audiences through comments, messages, and community initiatives.
- Track emerging trends and opportunities across digital and industry-specific platforms.
- Coordinate content production with design, video, and copywriting teams.
- Support campaign rollouts, activations, and event coverage (both online and on-site).
- Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain alignment with brand guidelines across all content and engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in multi-brand or corporate communications roles (with experience in real estate, personal brands, or senior leadership fields highly preferred).
- Proven track record in content planning, publishing, and online audience management.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
Skills & Software Knowledge:
- Proficiency in major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook).
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Buffer).
- Standard design capability in Photoshop or Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Understanding of how social fits into wider PR and marketing strategies.
