Job Description:
The Concierge Customer Service (Russian Speaker) will be the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable, seamless, and memorable. This role involves providing comprehensive support from pre-arrival to post-departure, addressing inquiries, and offering personalized recommendations.
Responsibilities (General):
- Guest Communication: Handle inquiries and provide information to Russian-speaking guests via various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person).
- Assistance & Support: Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, luggage, transportation arrangements, and other general requests.
- Concierge Services: Offer recommendations and make bookings for tours, attractions, restaurants, and other services in Dubai.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Property Knowledge: Possess thorough knowledge of Mira Holiday Homes' properties, services, and local attractions.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records and assist with various administrative duties as required.
- Sales/Upselling (if applicable): Potentially assist with promoting additional services or amenities offered by Mira Holiday Homes.
Requirements (General):
- Fluency in Russian and English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages are essential.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or short-term rental environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and find effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with booking systems and general office software.
- Knowledge of Dubai: Familiarity with Dubai's attractions, services, and transportation is a plus.
