Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for basement projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are performed correctly and on time.
- Develop daily work schedules and allocate resources to meet project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Act as a liaison between workers, project managers, architects, and engineers to report on progress and address issues.
- Coordinate equipment rentals and material deliveries.
- Quickly address and resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil is mandatory
- Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on construction experience.
Proven Experience in basement construction: underpinning, excavation, concrete, drainage, waterproofing, or finishing.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- UAE driver’s license is an added advantage and reliable transportation.
- Candidates who can work on day and night shifts are preferred.
