Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Foreman with a proven track record in villa construction to manage and oversee day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in similar projects and be well-versed in Sharjah Municipality procedures. A valid UAE driving license and strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for villa projects.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Ensure compliance with Sharjah Municipality regulations and obtain necessary approvals/inspections.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications (AutoCAD knowledge required).
- Source, allocate, and manage labor force efficiently.
- Maintain daily site reports and update project progress to management.
- Enforce safety standards and monitor compliance with HSE regulations.
- Resolve any work-related issues on site and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage site inventory, materials, and equipment as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and basic computer applications.
- Strong experience in labour management and sourcing.
- Excellent site management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Sharjah Municipality rules, procedures, and approvals.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks on site.
