We are looking for hardworking and reliable Construction Helpers to assist our team in various on-site activities related to swimming pool construction, landscaping, pergola installation, tiling, masonry, and general site support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled workers (masons, carpenters, tilers, etc.) in daily construction tasks
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site
- Dig trenches, mix concrete, and perform basic manual labor tasks
- Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times
- Support with planting, turfing, and other landscaping tasks
- Assist in pergola installations and pool equipment setup
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or landscaping preferred
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Basic understanding of construction site safety
- Ability to take direction and work in a team
- Punctual, hardworking, and dependable
- Must be currently based in Dubai or UAE
