Responsibilities:
Photography:
- Conduct on-site photography sessions of various properties, including residential homes and luxury estates, across Dubai.
- Capture high-quality images that accentuate the selling points and unique features of each property for portals and social media.
- A keen eye on fashion and lifestyle photography for headshots and group photoshoots.
- Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom to enhance visual appeal and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure photography aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on real estate photography trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our images.
- Manage photography equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.
Video Production:
- Film videos/reals on set or at various locations, ensuring alignment with client briefs and project requirements
- Ensure availability and functionality of all necessary filming equipment and tools.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to efficiently plan and execute shoots for social media and portals.
Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and monitor social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, and Twitter to increase brand visibility.
- Create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers to boost community engagement.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
Post-Production Editing:
- Edit and refine footage in post-production, utilizing the latest editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve or similar tools.
- Craft engaging and compelling video content tailored for specific platforms or client needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in Dubai Real Estate photography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom for photo editing and retouching.
- Extensive experience with various equipment, including lights, triggers, cameras, and more.
- Valid UAE driver's license (required but not necessary) and willingness to travel to various properties across Dubai.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to capture the unique characteristics of each property.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A portfolio showcasing previous real estate photography work is required.
