Sokin is looking for a strategic, hands-on Content Marketing Manager to lead the development of engaging, high-impact content across our global marketing channels. You will be responsible for shaping and executing content that drives awareness, educates stakeholders, supports growth campaigns and reinforces Sokin’s positioning as a trusted innovator in the digital payments space.
This role will collaborate closely with the copywriter, localization lead, growth marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure all content aligns with business goals, brand standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in fintech or financial services, strong editorial judgment, SEO and LLM fluency and a demonstrated ability to create high-performing content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Editorial Planning
- Own the global editorial calendar, coordinating with product, campaign and PR teams to align content with strategic priorities.
- Define and document content frameworks across the funnel - from brand awareness and product education to engagement and conversion.
- Establish and maintain tone of voice, style, and brand guidelines in collaboration with the Head of Brand and Head of Social & Content. Support internal communications and leadership narratives, contributing to key messaging moments and company-wide updates.
- Website, SEO, AI & Content Experience
- Oversee all written content for the Sokin global website, including landing pages, product overviews, regulatory content and FAQs.
- Implement SEO best practices and leverage AI/LLM tools for content optimization, performance insights and intelligent content repurposing.
- Collaborate with the localization lead and web team to ensure multilingual adaptation, regional relevance and frictionless UX.
- Write and edit high-impact content for the website, product pages, investor decks and sales enablement tools.
- Cross-Channel Marketing Content
- Create and adapt content across owned, earned and paid channels including social media, email, paid campaigns, lifecycle flows and global events.
- Collaborate with designers to deliver assets such as carousels, infographics, video scripts and digital branding collaterals.
- Repurpose long-form content into formats suitable for global distribution while preserving voice, tone and message consistency.
- Thought Leadership, PR & Brand Authority
- Develop thought leadership pieces, regulatory explainers, founder POVs and executive bylines to position Sokin as a trusted voice in business banking and cross-border payments solutions.
- Draft press releases, media statements and support PR communications in collaboration with external agencies and in-house comms.
- Identify opportunities for earned media placements and support leadership visibility through events, articles and interviews.
- Measurement, Optimization & Growth
- Track and analyze content performance across web, SEO and social platforms; optimize based on engagement and conversion data.
- Conduct quarterly content reviews and audits to ensure alignment with business goals, campaign performance and regulatory shifts.
- Use data and qualitative insights to inform content decisions and experiment with new formats and channels.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4-6 years of content marketing or editorial experience in fintech, payments or financial services.
- Proven ability to lead website and multi-channel content strategy with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent writing and editing skills - adept at simplifying complex financial topics for varied audiences (merchants, consumers, regulators).
- Strong understanding of SEO, AI and large language model (LLM) trends with experience in driving organic growth and optimizing content performance using GA4 and analytics tools.
- Hands-on expertise with CMS platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Google Docs, Grammarly).
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance design and growth teams.
- Ability to craft human-first narratives across formats from blogs and sales content to investor decks and pitch materials.
- Familiarity with multilingual content, localization workflows and regulated content environments.
