Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct risk analysis on contractual terms and collaborate with legal counsel to review conditions, identify potential exposures, and develop mitigation and dispute resolution strategies prior to contract execution.
2. Ensure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records such as contract registers, variation logs, and claim tracking to support contractual governance and audit readiness.
3. Prepare contract documentation for subcontractor tendering, including scope of works, commercial terms, and technical requirements, and draft subcontract agreements in alignment with the main contract and company policies.
4. Develop and maintain systems and processes for contract administration and reporting and ensure issues reported on are actioned appropriately.
5. Work collaboratively with key managers responsible for project deliverables and procurement to ensure effective and efficient contract communication and management.
6. In conjunction with relevant managers, ensure all contractual obligations are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed standard.
7. Ensure proper contract administration and that services provided to a client comply with contract requirements with a view to (for example) avoiding penalties.
8. Identify failures in contract performance and take appropriate action with the business unit and management team to rectify such failures.
9. Ensure appropriate levels of communication with clients; establish control of and monitor client correspondence, data, and reports. Attend client meetings and record minutes of meetings.
10. Participate, in the negotiation of new contracts to achieve the best possible commercial outcomes and to ensure contracts can be administered.
11. Prepared Contracts Documents and evaluated proposals for the projects and tenders for subcontracting.
12. Initiation of the Claims “NOC" based on Client Events and others.
13. Prepare contract change notice/order.
14. Comparison of Tender/Contract Drawings against Revised " Issued for Construction Drawings, specifications and Scope of Works and assessment of Contractual Implications.
15. Assist in the preparation of Claims and Evaluation of Variation Orders.
16. Evaluation and assessment of Claims submitted by the Sub-Contractors.
17. Attend site meetings with Sub-Contractors and commercial meetings with Consultants.
18. Assist in the substantiation/documentation of EOT Claims and associated additional Costs.
19. Verify that all parties to the Contract have fulfilled their obligations and that no responsibilities remain unperformed.
20. 17. Determine if there are lessons learned for future contracting.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years UAE experience and 10-15 years overall experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineer, Construction Management).
- Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure contract compliance and accuracy.

Pay: Up to AED35,000.00 per month
