Job Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced Kerala Cook who is skilled in preparing a wide range of traditional Kerala dishes. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain hygiene standards, and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook all types of Kerala cuisine (vegetarian and non-vegetarian)
- Plan menus and ensure timely food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Manage food inventory and storage
Requirements:
- Preferred candidates from Kerala
- Proven experience in cooking Kerala food
- Ability to manage kitchen tasks independently
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits
Salary: AED 1,000 – AED 1500/month (based on experience)
Food and accommodation are provided by the company.
