Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator – Credit Card Sales to support the sales team in day-to-day operations, documentation, and coordination with internal departments and external clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of credit card products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission and processing of credit card applications.
- Verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Follow up with operations, processing teams, and banks to track the status of applications.
- Maintain and update daily/weekly sales reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Assist in organizing sales campaigns, promotions, and training sessions.
- Communicate with customers when required for missing documents, clarifications, or application updates.
- Ensure all applications comply with internal guidelines and bank/regulatory requirements.
- Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping in an accurate and organized manner.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and management as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or back-office role, preferably in financial services or banking.
- Familiarity with credit card sales processes and documentation is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and CRM tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
