Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality events by fulfilling all requirements agreed upon with planning authorities and ensuring efficient inventory management. This includes applying the highest standards and systems to maintain both quality and quantity. The role is primarily shift-based.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute event build-ups and teardowns at venues based on received requirements.
- Set up meeting rooms in accordance with event specifications.
- Maintain stationery supplies and other standard meeting room requirements.
- Conduct site inspections prior to openings to verify setup quality.
- Ensure that unoccupied meeting rooms and foyers are arranged in their default setup.
- Close all work orders within three hours of receiving confirmation from the planner.
- Perform additional duties as required, handling confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
