Job Description
- Implementing targeted and quality sales, identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice, offering new products and services,
- Increasing the level of usage of banking services/products (through cross-selling and up-selling),
- Customer data management, updating, collecting information about potential customers,
- Acceptance of applications for loans and credit lines, presentation to the credit committee,
- Planning and organizing events to attract new customers,
- Managing customer complaints, responding to customer suggestions and inquiries,
- Presenting recommendations for targeted sales and high-quality service to existing and new customers.
Job Requirements
- Higher education in economics or related fields,
- Work experience in this field (minimum 2 years),
- Customer-centric approach, ability to identify customer needs,
- Possession of effective sales skills and techniques,
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills,
- Presentation skills,
- Tendency to work and collaborate in a team,
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly.
