We are seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Executive to expand our client base and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to understand client needs to propose tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with the ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate accounts through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipeline in CRM systems.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote company offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on market demands, customer needs, and product/service improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of corporate sales experience in UAE (preferably in telecom, banking, or service industry).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Arabic or multilingual skills are an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
