Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Services Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in handling corporate service functions, such as business setup, PRO services, visa processing, and general administrative support. Fluency in Tagalog and English is essential to effectively communicate with Tagalog-speaking clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end business setup processes (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) in coordination with relevant authorities.
- Prepare and submit applications for visas, Emirates ID, trade licenses, and other government documents.
- Liaise with various government departments such as DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, DMCC, etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal and corporate documentation.
- Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, visas, and other company-related permits.
- Provide administrative support for corporate tasks including typing, filing, document tracking, and coordination.
- Support clients with queries related to company formation and corporate compliance.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, government officials, and internal departments.
- Translate or explain documents and procedures to Tagalog-speaking clients when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar corporate services or PRO-related role within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation processes and visa/labor laws.
- Fluent in Tagalog and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
