Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Crane Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and place heavy objects. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safe Operation: Operate cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and place heavy objects.
2. Pre-Operational Checks: Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes to ensure they are in good working condition.
3. Load Calculation: Calculate load weights and ensure crane capacity is not exceeded.
4. Signal Communication: Communicate with riggers, spotters, and other personnel using hand signals, voice commands, or radios.
5. Maintenance and Inspection: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on cranes to ensure they are in good working condition.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of crane operations, maintenance, and inspections.
7. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure safe and efficient crane operations.
Requirements:
1. License and Certification: Hold a valid crane operator 'license-8' and certification.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience operating cranes.
3.Physical Demands: Ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and withstand extreme weather conditions.
5. Language: Fluent in Hindi and English.
Skills:
1. Operational Knowledge: Knowledge of crane operations, safety procedures, and regulations.
2. Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
3. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
4. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
