· Provide a strategic framework for design concepts aimed at enhancing the social media presence ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
· Conceptualize and design visuals based on requirements, presenting ideas and iterating based on feedback.
· Develop and maintain the overall look and style for various creative projects, including branding materials and social media content.
· Review and guide the work of designers and animators, providing constructive feedback to enhance quality and creativity.
· Ensure appropriate colors, fonts, images, and layouts that adhere to brand guidelines for all graphic designs and all P&C materials
· Work closely with People communications officer, Multimedia creator to produce cohesive final designs.
· Generate a wide range of graphic materials, including company logos, brand guidelines, social media templates, internal documents, presentations, and event collateral for both print and digital use.
· Coordinate with vendors for websites, post-production needs if required, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform design approaches and enhance creativity.
· Utilize graphic design software to create high-quality visuals across multiple platforms.
