Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell credit cards to retail customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-performance environment
- Deliver a professional and persuasive pitch to potential clients
- Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships to build long-term trust
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Keep up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and client databases
Qualifications & Skills:
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates
- Proven passion for sales and strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-focused
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in banking, credit card, or outdoor sales is an added advantage
- Familiarity with the UAE sales market is a plus
