We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a good understanding of financial products. This role involves meeting sales targets, generating leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach potential customers to introduce and sell credit card products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable card offerings based on their financial profile.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Set up and manage booths or attend events for promotional activities, if required.
- Collect and verify customer documentation for processing applications.
- Maintain strong follow-up with customers and coordinate with the backend team for smooth card issuance.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent post-sales service to build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in credit cards or financial services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
