Job Overview
Full Cart Group is seeking a confident, well-spoken, and presentable Female Promoter to represent our brand across various retail outlets in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting our products and WhatsApp Delivery App, collecting feedback, and enhancing the in-store customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and engage customers with confidence and positivity.
- Clearly explain and promote Full Cart Group’s products and WhatsApp-based delivery app.
- Convince potential customers to try our services with a persuasive and customer-friendly attitude.
- Maintain a professional and attractive appearance at all times.
- Rotate between designated outlets in Dubai — one week per location.
- Gather customer feedback and submit detailed reports.
- Support outlet staff by handling basic customer queries or interactions.
- Represent the brand with energy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female (Required)
- Language Skills: Must speak English fluently (other language is a plus)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed
- customer- focused with a professional and friendly approach
- Must be flexible to travel between outlet locations within Dubai
- Previous experience in promotion, retail, or customer service is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Travel Allowance provided by the company
- Salary: Will be discussed during the interview
- Monthly Leave: 2 days off per month
- Training will be provided
- Employment Visa will be provided
