Job Title: Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service at every stage—from showroom visits to after-sales support.
Preference will be given to female candidates who are fluent in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers at the showroom or service center in a professional manner.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding appointments, service follow-ups, and customer inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate test drives, vehicle servicing, and customer appointments.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM or dealership management systems.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, or requests, and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect feedback and conduct follow-up calls post-sales or post-service.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Assist in managing customer loyalty programs or satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure front desk/reception area is well-maintained and welcoming.
- Support marketing or promotional campaigns when needed (calls, reminders, etc.).
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM tools or dealership systems is a plus.
