Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen our client engagement strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, identifying growth opportunities, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction is consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key clients.
- Supervise and support the customer relationship team in managing day-to-day interactions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Keep customers informed about new products or services to drive upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular client reviews using CRM tools to measure satisfaction and areas for improvement.
- Strategize with internal teams and management to enhance customer experience.
- Understand the specific needs of each client and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust client strategies.
- Expand the customer base through proactive engagement and relationship-building efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer relationship or account management role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to present to clients with confidence.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
