Role Summary:
We are seeking a polite, organized, and friendly individual to join our team. This job involves interacting with customers, assisting with administrative tasks, and managing the website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talk to customers and answer their questions by phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Prepare quotations and invoices, and follow up with clients when needed
- Update product details and stock availability on our Shopify website
- Use Canva to create or edit simple product images
- Help with daily office tasks and work closely with our team
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or admin work
- Good with computers and quick to learn new tools
- Basic Canva skills are a bonus
- Good at communicating and handling multiple tasks
- Ready to join immediately
Salary & Benefits:
- AED 3,000 – 3,500 (based on experience)

Experience:
