Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Guide students and prospects about our courses, enrollment procedures, and payment options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and inquiries in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Trainers, etc.) to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up with students to ensure they are receiving the support they need after enrollment.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a sponsorship visa
- Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Atleast 6 months of experience as a customer service executive

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
