Job Description
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients within the Elite Banking segment and ensure seamless post-sales support. This role reports to AVP Client Services - Elite Banking and involves close collaboration with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the dedicated contact for our Elite Banking clients
- Resolve queries and requests with promptness and professionalism
- Build loyalty through proactive client engagement and outstanding service
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of client transactions
- Monitor KPIs and uphold strict SLAs
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and account maintenance processes
- Partner with Relationship Managers to support client servicing and business growth
- Share client insights to refine products and services
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by identifying unmet client needs
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA, etc.)
- Maintain meticulous records for audit readiness
- Spot and escalate potential risks with precision

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 1 year of experience in client servicing or relationship management
