Customer Service Executive (English/ Arabic)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate or facility management sector, and be fluent in English and Arabic. This role involves direct interaction with customers to support inquiries, complaints, and service requests related to properties, leases, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information on property listings, leasing terms, maintenance schedules, and company services.
- Log and resolve customer requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Leasing, Property Management, Maintenance, and Finance for issue resolution.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up until resolved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the company’s CRM system.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding the status of their inquiries or service requests.
- Support administrative tasks related to real estate and facilities management operations.
- Adhere to company service standards, processes, and policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the real estate or facility management sectors.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi market and local industry practices.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail with a client-focused mindset.
- Proactive problem-solver with a professional attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
