Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Customer Service Representative with solid CRM software experience and fluency in Arabic (preferred) to provide exceptional support to our diverse customer base. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage customer interactions via CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or CRM tickets professionally and promptly.
- Use CRM software to document customer interactions, track issues, and manage cases.
- Provide support in both English and Arabic, assisting Arabic-speaking customers with sensitivity and clarity.
- Escalate unresolved issues while maintaining comprehensive records in the CRM.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and service workflows.
- Generate reports and analyze CRM data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (Arabic fluency preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
