What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in either Italian, French, or Spanish, and mandatory English
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Prior experience in customer support (Fintech background is a plus)
- Ability to handle support queries across chat, email, and calls
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
