The Main Event: What You’ll Do
At Huspy, our Data team powers growth and innovation by transforming data into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you’ll empower both strategic decision-making and product development by delivering robust dashboards, insightful analyses, and data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Tableau (preferred) or similar tools to deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python from platforms like Snowflake.
- Optimize and scale reporting systems for efficiency and accessibility.
- Product Analytics & Strategy
- Monitor product KPIs such as user engagement, feature usage, and success metrics.
- Conduct experiments to guide product decisions and roadmaps.
- Analyze user behavior to assess feature performance and optimize rollouts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to align analytics with strategic goals.
- Translate business questions into analytical requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Data Quality & Documentation
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and analytics platforms.
- Maintain documentation for Data tools, dashboards, and data definitions.
The Perfect Match: What You Bring
- Experience: 5–8 years in data analytics or product analytics.
- Tools & Technical Skills:
- Advanced SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
- Experience with tools like Tableau, or Looker
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude (preferred), Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow for data warehousing and data pipelines
- Analytical Strengths:
- Strong background in hypothesis testing, and regression analysis
- Proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Understanding of ETL and data transformation workflows
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative mindset and experience working across departments
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Languages: English proficiency (spoken and written)
