Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, verify, and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Compile, sort, and check data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct inconsistencies.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform data backups.
- Scan and print documents as needed.
- Respond to data requests and provide support to team members.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
