Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate deep cleaning operations at client premises.
- Assign daily tasks to cleaning staff and ensure proper execution as per company standards.
- Inspect completed work to ensure thorough cleanliness and client satisfaction.
- Train new staff on deep cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
- Ensure the proper use of cleaning equipment and PPE by all team members.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment; request replenishments as needed.
- Maintain daily records of attendance, tasks completed, and client feedback.
- Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling, logistics, and reporting.
- Handle on-site client requests or complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a cleaning supervisor, preferably in deep cleaning.
- Strong knowledge of deep cleaning procedures for residential and commercial properties.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team under tight schedules.
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on tasks when needed.
