Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage departmental schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources for meetings and events.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, facilitating smooth information flow and retrieval.
- Organize and facilitate departmental events and meetings, handling logistics to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
- Implement and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, promoting organization and easy access to information.
- Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling travel arrangements and managing correspondence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software to enhance productivity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads, demonstrating resilience in a dynamic corporate landscape.
