Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. What you’ll do:
- Serve as a key leader in Archer’s UAE organization, supporting the GM in overseeing execution across strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive coordination between local regulatory authorities, site teams, and internal functions to maintain program momentum.
- Support infrastructure buildout, government relations, and commercial implementation in collaboration with HQ.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment on local priorities and serve as point-of-contact for UAE-based decision making.
- Own selected operational KPIs and workstreams as delegated by the GM to deliver on critical path items.
- Represent the company externally when the GM is unavailable or requires additional coverage.
What you need:
- 8+ years of experience across operations, government engagement, or cross-functional execution
- Strong track record of delivering projects in regulated or public-sector contexts
- Solid grasp of the UAE ecosystem and experience working with UAE stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with strong executional horsepower
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and work flexibly across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Dubai
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, infrastructure, or mobility industries
- Previous work in a scale-up or startup environment
- Early career experience in consulting, public sector advisory, or international business development
- Experience working with U.S. or international companies entering the GCC region
