About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled DHA Licensed Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children and adults improve their communication and language skills, and who values working in a collaborative, wellness-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions for children and/or adults.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Educate patients and families on techniques to support communication at home and in daily life.
- Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, and nutritionists to support unified care plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation using our EMR system.
- Stay updated with the latest research and practices in speech therapy and rehabilitation.
Qualifications
- Licensed Speech Therapist with an active DHA license.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience, preferably within private practice, clinics, or integrative medical settings.
- Proven experience in treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children and/or adults.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and high ethical standards in patient care.
- Additional training in dysphagia, autism spectrum disorders, or developmental delays is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
