Digital / UV Printing Machine Operator with CNC Laser Cutting / Engraving Operator
We are a fast-growing advertising and signage company looking for a skilled Digital / UV Printing and CNC Laser Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both digital printing and laser cutting/engraving operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate digital and UV printing machines (e.g., Flora, Roland, HP, etc.)
- Operate CNC laser machines for cutting and engraving (e.g., acrylic, wood, MDF, plastic)
- Prepare materials and files for printing and cutting
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machines
- Ensure high-quality print and cut outputs with proper alignment and finish
- Handle a variety of media including vinyl, foam board, PVC, and acrylic
- Work closely with the design and production teams to complete jobs on time
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience with digital/UV printing and CNC laser machines
- Knowledge of RIP software and file formats (AI, PDF, DXF, etc.)
- Basic understanding of vector-based design files
- Good mechanical and technical skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and handle tight deadlines
