Job Title: QC cum Dispatcher

Job Summary:
The QC cum Dispatcher is a dual-role position responsible for ensuring the quality of finished goods through inspections and overseeing the dispatch of products to customers in a timely and organized manner. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and coordination with both the production and logistics teams to maintain product quality and delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Quality Control Duties:
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct visual checks, measurements, and packaging verification before dispatch.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming products to the QC Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate QC inspection records, logs, and quality reports.
- Ensure that proper labeling, batch numbers, and expiry dates are correctly applied.
- Coordinate with production to address any quality issues or deviations.
Dispatch Duties:
- Prepare dispatch schedules based on delivery plans and customer orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, and loading of goods.
- Verify quantity, labeling, and condition of goods before dispatch.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products as per customer requirements.
- Generate delivery notes, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters and track shipment status.
- Maintain dispatch records and logbooks for all outgoing deliveries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a QC or dispatch role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with quality standards.
- Knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP system).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the tissue paper, hygiene products, or FMCG sector.
- Forklift operation knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
