- Create, manage, and maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and security of all documents
- Coordinate with departments to collect, verify, and update documentation
- Monitor document versions, updates, and expiration dates
- Prepare and maintain documentation logs, trackers, and reports
- Assist in audits by providing timely access to required documents
- Handle document retrieval requests and ensure timely delivery
- Archive inactive or outdated records per company policy
