We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or project managers. Experience in the architecture, construction, or fit-out industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D and 3D CAD drawings for architectural, structural, or interior projects
- Modify and update drawings based on revisions, feedback, or site conditions
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure accuracy and practicality
- Maintain drawing standards and document control for project files
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines
- Conduct site visits (if required) for measurements and drawing validation
- Ensure that all drawings meet industry and company standards
Desired Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Draftsman in construction, architectural, or fit-out firms (UAE experience preferred)
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D Max is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
- Attention to detail, time management, and a collaborative mindset
- Diploma or certification in drafting, architecture, or engineering
