We are looking to hire a Draftman with Construction/Industrial Work experience
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Analyze building plans and related documents to determine the specifications of the MEP systems.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure accuracy of MEP systems.
- Monitor changes and improvements in the design process.
- Maintain records of all drawings and specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of project bids
- Interpret applicable codes and regulations related to MEP systems
- Design water piping HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting layout / Composite Shop Drawings including design calculation, piping design etc.
- Knowledgeable in Civil and other trades is a plus but not required
