Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver letters, parcels, documents to various offices and locations as directed by Executive Assistant.
- Determine destinations by referring to addresses on packages and documents
- Ensure that packages or messages are delivered in a time efficient manner
- Ensure the smooth transportation of Hotel guest, staff and resources as required.
- Ensure that organizational vehicles are well maintained, and serviced regularly
- Reporting and ensuring the compliance of assigned vehicle with all statutory and maintenance required.
- Ensure all travel authorization before any trip
- Ensure that only authorized persons/goods are carried in the assigned organizational vehicle.
- Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times
- Report any instance of mishap or accident to Executive Assistant
- Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance
- Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
Skills Required:
· 2 years experience as driver with good driving record
· Excellent driving skills
· Flexible, effective team work and interpersonal skills
· Good communication skills
· Sufficient knowledge of traffic laws
· Safety conscious person
· Must be focused, confident, and observant
