Position Overview:
The Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and timely transportation services for hotel guests, staff, and any necessary deliveries. This includes driving guests to and from the airport, local destinations, and ensuring that vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and ready for use at all times. The Driver is expected to uphold the hotel’s reputation for outstanding service and ensure guest satisfaction with each interaction.
Key Responsibilities:1. Safe and Efficient Driving:
- Safely transport guests, staff, and hotel deliveries to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow all traffic laws and hotel policies to ensure passenger safety and compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure vehicles are operated in a safe, courteous, and professional manner at all times.
2. Vehicle Maintenance:
- Inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.
- Regularly clean and sanitize vehicles to ensure a pleasant experience for passengers.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or damage to the Transportation Supervisor for further action.
- Maintain fuel levels and keep track of vehicle mileage for scheduling and maintenance purposes.
3. Guest Service:
- Provide courteous and professional service to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Assist guests with luggage, ensuring that all items are securely loaded and unloaded.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable.
4. Communication & Coordination:
- Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel departments to ensure transportation arrangements are well-organized and timely.
- Inform the supervisor of any delays, accidents, or incidents that may affect transportation services or guest satisfaction.
5. Compliance & Safety:
- Follow hotel guidelines and regulations for safe driving and passenger safety.
- Ensure all passengers wear seat belts and adhere to safety protocols.
- Adhere to the hotel’s code of conduct, maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times.
6. Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and any maintenance needs.
- Keep track of guest transportation requests and report completed tasks to the Transportation Supervisor.
- Report any accidents or traffic violations immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and the ability to navigate unfamiliar areas.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- License: Valid UAE driver’s license ( 3 & 6 ) with the appropriate category for operating hotel vehicles.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
