We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior E-Comm Sales Executive to lead and grow our online and B2B sales for baby products. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of online retail platforms, B2B bulk sales, and Amazon Vendor Central, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow online sales across platforms such as Amazon, Noon, FirstCry, Mumzworld, and other marketplaces.
- Handle day-to-day operations of Amazon Vendor Central including listings, promotions, order management, and compliance.
- Develop and execute strategies for bulk and B2B sales, targeting hospitals, clinics, schools, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, bulk buyers, and vendor partners.
- Monitor and analyze online sales data to identify trends, optimize listings, and improve sales performance.
- Coordinate with digital marketing and content teams to ensure product listings are SEO-optimized and visually appealing.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews to management.
- Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitors in the baby products industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in online sales, preferably in baby care or FMCG industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, e-commerce portals, and B2B platforms.
- Proven experience in bulk selling and handling key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce analytics tools.
