E-commerce Activities: Ensure brand presence on e-commerce platforms by managing product presentation, listings, inventory, and marketing strategies. Implement initiatives to boost online sales and profitability.
· Provide technical and transactional customer support via e-commerce platforms and other relevant tools.
· Develop and update sales materials and product knowledge to meet specific sales targets.
· Monitor and adjust product pricing based on competitor analysis to optimize sales strategies.
· Cultivate and sustain relationships with e-commerce retailers to showcase company products on their platforms.
· Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel to adjust prices daily and monitor marketplace trends and competition.
· Effectively communicate new product opportunities, special developments, and customer feedback.
· Coordinate shipment creation for Amazon FBA and Noon FBN, including new listings and inventory replenishment to ensure product availability.
· Digital Marketing: Manage social media strategies, content creation Copy Writing, and campaign implementation to align with marketing goals.
· Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media channels. Track social media KPIs to evaluate campaign success and stay updated on best practices.
· Collaborate with Graphics Designers, Sales, and Product Development teams to improve digital marketing outcomes.
· Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitive positioning in the Middle Eastern perfume market. Identify and manage partnerships with external agencies, influencers, and collaborators to increase brand visibility.
· Execute effective SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, optimizing segmentation and personalization for better engagement and conversion.
· Plan, design, and implement email campaigns, managing A/B testing and automation while analyzing performance metrics.
· Explore and manage additional marketing channels such as social media ads, push notifications, and app-based promotions.
· Track and report campaign performance and ROI across all channels, recommending optimization strategies
· Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Data-Driven Optimization
· Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and utilize insights to continuously refine and improve ad performance.
· Budget Management: ● Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives within the allocated spend.
· A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to determine the most effective approaches for achieving key performance metrics.
· Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Optimize paid search campaigns through keyword research, bid management, and performance monitoring to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Remarketing & Retargeting: Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage audiences, improve retention, and increase customer lifetime value.
·Performance Reporting: Create detailed performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders to track
Ad-Hoc Duty: Perform another ad-hoc task as assigned by the Marketing Manager
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred from a reputable institute.
Experience:
· Minimum 1 years of experience as an E- Commerce coordinator or similar field equivalent combination of training and experience.
·Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics to drive online sales.
·Experience with website management and optimization for user experience and conversion.
·Familiarity with online payment systems and security protocols.
Experience with SEO and SEM to improve online visibility and traffic.
