About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon operations. This role involves managing product listings, optimizing content, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and messages.
- Assist in inventory tracking and stock updates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support in the preparation of promotional materials and campaigns.(Indeed, Glassdoor)
Requirements:
- Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices.(Indeed, Glassdoor)
