LS Retail is seeking a creative and detail-oriented e-Learning Specialist to join our LS Retail Academy team.
In this role, you’ll support the development of engaging e-learning courses and certifications that help our partners and customers gain expertise in LS Retail products. You’ll work closely with our e-Learning Manager and collaborate with subject matter experts across departments.
1. Collaborate with the e-Learning Manager on course structure and content development
2. Work with product owners and subject matter experts to develop clear and engaging training materials
3. Implement interactive tools to enhance learner engagement and accessibility
4. Create visual assets including infographics, animations, and video edits
5. Regularly update and revise training content to ensure relevance and accuracy
6. Support exam creation, subtitle editing, and proofreading tasks
7. Serve as the point of contact for general inquiries regarding the Academy
8. Assist customers with questions and issues related to courses
9. Maintain an organized and up-to-date Learning Management System (LMS)
10. Operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
We’re looking for a motivated individual with a passion for learning design and digital education. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity, organization, and communication skills.
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, digital learning, education, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in project management
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or similar
Preferred:
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or other tools for video editing and graphic design
