Job Purpose:
To supervise and execute all electrical works on-site for a tower project, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion in alignment with project specifications and authority regulations.
· Minimum3 –5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, especially in high-rise or commercial tower projects.
· Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily electrical installation work (containment, cabling, wiring, DBs, lighting, power, etc.).
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Coordinate electrical work with other MEP and civil activities.
- Lead and monitor electricians and helpers to ensure work progress and quality.
- Ensure that electrical work is executed in compliance with DEWA standards and project requirements.
- Report material needs, work progress, and site issues to the Electrical Engineer.
- Inspect electrical installations prior to consultant and authority inspections.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.
- Follow site safety rules and enforce PPE usage among the team.
- Assist in testing and commissioning activities when required
