We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical works on-site. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems installation, supervision, and coordination in commercial construction or infrastructure projects.
- Supervise and manage all electrical site activities such as cabling, control panel termination, equipment electrical installation in commercial construction projects •
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare activity reports.
- Guide and mentor technicians and site workers.
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
- 15+ years of experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor in commercial construction projects
- Extensive experience in cabling, control panel termination, equipment electrical installation, and adhering to safety standards
- Must have well-rounded and general MEP knowledge. • Ability to lead teams and manage site activities independently.
- Managed teams of 40-50+ • Excellent communication and reporting skills. We require very smart and proactive candidates
- Must be available Immediately
- Bonus: knowledge of ADDC/DEWA rules and regulations
