We are hiring a dual-skilled Electrician & HVAC Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have solid field experience across both areas and be confident working on commercial and residential sites.
Key Responsibilities:Electrical Work:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in commercial kitchens and retail outlets
- Install DBs, lighting, sockets, and wiring according to DEWA/DM standards
- Perform load calculations and safety checks
- Read and interpret single-line diagrams and layouts
HVAC Work:
- Install, service, and repair various HVAC systems: split, ducted, cassette, VRF/VRV, etc.
- Diagnose faults and ensure proper airflow and cooling efficiency
- Conduct periodic preventive maintenance visits
- Clean filters, check gas levels, and balance system pressure
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in electrical and HVAC works
- Proficient with HVAC systems: VRF/VRV, ducted, split, cassette units
- Skilled in electrical wiring, connections, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with UAE standards
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical, HVAC, or Mechanical Engineering
- Certification in HVAC/R systems or electrical safety is a plus
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) is an advantage
