Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Estimation Manager with a minimum of 10 years in landscape estimation. If you have a strong background in preparing accurate estimates and a passion for landscape projects, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Report to operation Manager/ General Manager
-Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for landscape projects
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and scope
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure estimates meet project needs
- Develop and maintain estimating procedures and standards
- Analyze project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure best prices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Provide cost-saving recommendations and value engineering solutions
- Manage and maintain estimating software and databases
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in landscape estimation
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction and project management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in estimating software
